Yes. It is free for any site, commercial or not. Please keep the small "Fees by GasNow" link under it.

Does it slow down my page?

No. The script is under 2 KB and loads the box in a lazy iframe, so it does not block your page and cannot clash with your styles.

How often does it update?

GasNow measures every network every 10 minutes and the widget refreshes itself every minute while it is on screen.
