Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information gasnow.tools ("GasNow", "we") collects when you visit the site, how it is used and the choices you have. GasNow does not offer accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or wallet details to use the site.
Information we collect
- Analytics. We use a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type.
- Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs, including IP address, user agent and requested page, for security and troubleshooting. Logs are retained for a limited period.
- Preferences. Your theme and language choices are stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
Advertising and cookies
GasNow uses Google AdSense to show advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to GasNow and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
Third-party services
Market data is loaded from our data provider, Supabase, and from public APIs. Links to news articles take you to third-party websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in Europe and the LGPD in Brazil, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Because GasNow does not keep personal profiles, there is usually nothing to retrieve, but you can contact us with any request.
Children
GasNow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
